Hello and welcome to my site!
I have been sewing since I was old enough to hold a needle. The first thing I ever sewed was a hat made of triangles with the sides sewn together. I was five years old at the time and of course the hat was much too small for my head, though it did fit one of my dolls, sort of! I eventually graduated to garment sewing as a tween and still sew garments even today.
Recently, I have turned my attention to quilting and have fallen in love! I’m learning lots and gathering information from many sources such as my mother, who has been quilting for a number of years, classes offered at local area quilting stores and the inexhaustible YouTube videos!
I’m hoping to use this website to keep record of the quilts I make. If I discover some helpful tips along the way, I’m happy to share.
I’ll list project type along the top menu in hopes of trying to keep organized. Sorry that many of my pictures are so dark. I do most of my quilting in the evening and I don’t want to forget to capture the project.
Hope you enjoy what you see! Please feel free to leave a comment!
